"Autumn on the Hill" - Bascom Hall and Carillon Tower

Here is a classic panoramic view of the University of Wisconsin, artfully captured and accurately reproduced from a detailed watercolor by artist Lynn Casper. In this campus scene, historic Bascom Hall is showcased in expansive breadth alongside Birge Hall, Van Hise and Carillon Tower. The larger of the two image sizes features a lower border detail of Lincoln's statue with pillared Bascom Hall as the backdrop. To each side is a motto - the same one chiseled on the semi-circular stone bench surrounding Lincoln - "LET US HAVE FAITH THAT RIGHT MAKES MIGHT AND IN THAT FAITH DARE TO DO OUR DUTY". This lower border detail can be matted in a custom treatment or covered with a conventional straight cut mat.
